Data protection

By entering your details into this website you agree to allow UTECH Europe, Urethanes Technology International, Crain Communications and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email, telephone or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications please contact us in writing. If you do not wish to receive mailings from other carefully selected companies please opt out on booking.

Please note

The conference fee covers entrance to all sessions, conference documentation and available papers. Delegate places include entrance to the UTECH Exhibitor Party at the end of the first day. Hotel on accommodation, lunch or dinner is not included.

Conference language

English. Please note that no translation service will be provided.

Cancellations / substitutions

Cancellations made before 17 January 2011: 10% of invoice total

Cancellations made between 17 January 2011 and 28 February 2012: 50% of invoice total

Cancellations made after 28 February 2012: 100% of invoice total

Substitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations / Substitutions must be made in writing.

Important notice: Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card.

To help us ensure that all delegates attending the conference are able to participate fully, please let us know about any special access requirements you may have.
