UTECH 2012 is now on
This major three-day event runs alongside the UTECH Europe 2012 Exhibition and the programme was compiled by David Reed, founder editor of Urethanes Technology magazine and co-creator of the UTECH events, and is supported by ISOPA (the European Disocyanate and Polyols Producers Association) and the Polyurea Development Association Europe.
The event, running 17-19 April 2012, will see more than 3000 specialists from all parts of the global industry converging on Maastricht in the southeast of the Netherlands close to the borders of Germany, Belgium and France, all aiming to meet with representatives of the more than 100 companies involved in the exhibition, while several hundred more technical specialists will attend the conference, eager to hear about the latest technical advances as detailed by experts from the R&D departments of the world's leading companies.
Starting the proceedings will be a Keynote presentation from Ding Jiansheng, Chairman of Yantai Wanhua Polyurethanes Co Ltd, China, leading into a Plenary Session celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the invention of polyurethanes chemistry, dated from Prof. Otto Bayer’s initial patent in 1937.
Without doubt, this combination of high-level information on technical, legislative and commercial activities in the polyurethanes sector will make the UTECH Europe 2012 Conference an unmissable event.
